About Evolve Capabilities
Evolve Capabilities works closely with the Australian Defence Force and other significant antipodean industries, specialising in reimagining work processes and systems for businesses. They focus on creating solutions that strike a balance between user experience and organisational strategy, aiming to foster meaningful connections and drive growth within companies.
I worked on the design of their website which would be used to model the look and feel of an application that is being brought to market in early 2025. They wanted something modern and sleek, which previously did not exist in the BPMN SaaS space.

I began by redesigning their design system, presenting the team with three options for a new look and feel.

The Team: Evolve employs the most qualified BPMN experts in Australia - this was crucial for us to emphasise.
Community: The Evolve team was deeply involved in the Canberra community and wanted to showcase this commitment.
Outcome
The redesigned Evolve Capabilities website successfully elevated the brand’s online presence, transforming a highly technical service offering into an intuitive, engaging experience that clearly communicates Evolve’s unique value and expertise in business systems and process optimisation. By simplifying complex concepts and highlighting key services like business architecture, process modelling, and custom design, the site helped increase clarity and trust for prospective clients. The design also provided a strong foundation for the upcoming product launch and reinforced Evolve’s position as a modern, strategic partner in organisational transformation.
